Sending this balloon bouquet as a gift?

Most of our bouquets are ordered by someone who loves the person celebrating — and we've built the delivery for exactly that. You book, they get surprised:

• Deliver to their address — home, office, hostel, hotel or hospital; just enter the recipient's address at checkout (Bangalore, Mumbai & Pune).
• We keep the surprise safe — our decorator coordinates timing with you on WhatsApp and never spoils the moment with the recipient.
• Add a personal touch — name, age or a short message add-ons start at Rs.50 and can be confirmed on WhatsApp after booking.
• Simple prepaid payment — balloon bouquets are prepaid only. Pay securely online when you order and our team handles everything after that.

Good to know before you order

• The bouquet is assembled at your location, not pre-built — a small clear space (corner, table or doorway) is all our decorator needs.
• Original product may vary slightly in shape, design and colour from the photographs.
• Only premium, non-helium balloons are used, so the display stays fresh for the whole celebration.

How do I care for the balloon bouquet?

• Keep the bouquet away from sharp objects, direct heat and harsh sunlight so the balloons stay fresh and glossy.
• Air-filled (non-helium) balloons last longest indoors, ideally in a cool or air-conditioned room.
• Avoid pressing, pulling or squeezing the balloons — they are secured with professional-grade adhesives and tapes that hold best when left undisturbed.
• Once the bouquet is placed, avoid relocating it yourself; call our team if the arrangement needs adjusting.

How does balloon bouquet delivery work?

• Our decorator hand-delivers and assembles the bouquet at your address in the selected time slot.
• The balloon bouquet is assembled fresh at the delivery location, so please allow a small setup window before your celebration moment.
• Kindly ensure venue access (society gate, lift, security, parking or security-room space) is available at the scheduled time — any delay caused by restricted access may impact the setup.
• The images shown are for reference; minor variations in shape, shade and arrangement may occur based on the location and available space.

Cancellation & refund policy

• Cancellation 24+ hours before the delivery time: full refund.
• Cancellation between 24 and 6 hours before delivery: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 6 hours before delivery: no refund.
