Cancellation and Decor Props Policy

• Order Cancelled 24HRS before the time of the decor mentioned in the order.(0/- Cancellation Charges)
• Order Cancelled Within 24HRS of the time of the decor mention in the order.(500/- Cancellation Charges)
• Order Cancelled when the decorator has arrived to the customers's location or is about to arrive (50% of the order value) 

Props Policy:

• We don't take back the balloons and foils used in the decor.
• Props which will be taken back after the party gets over or within 24HRS of the decor.

1. Ring Structure
2. Neon Lights
3. Led Alphabets
4. Fairy Lights (in some packages)
5. Any kind of frames and cake tables
6. Cutouts

Refund Policy:

• Same day order will attract 500/- as a token amount if the same is cancelled then it will be non-refundable.
• Advance taken against perishable items like Flowers will be non-refundable.
• Advance taken against special add ons like cake tables/ led lights or anything required for decoration will be non-refundable
• Any cancellation from our side due to unforeseen issues and circumstances, every advance taken will be refunded within 24HRS 

Order related Policy:

• We provide on-time service on daily basis but under some circumstance order might get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances which re unavoidable like Natural Calamities/Government interference / Local riots or closure/ Accident / Monsoon season rains etc. These won't attract any kind of refund or amount reduction out of the total price finalized.
