Birthday decoration at home in Kanpur has never been easier — a complete balloon setup at your doorstep, from Rs.1,599, with Cash on Delivery and same-day slots available. TheBalloonwala brings the arch, the banner, the backdrop and the cleanup crew to homes across Civil Lines, Swaroop Nagar, Kakadeo, Govind Nagar, Kalyanpur, Rawatpur, Kidwai Nagar and Panki. This guide covers packages, prices and exactly how booking works.
Why At-Home Birthdays Work So Well in Kanpur
Kanpur celebrates at home — living rooms, bedrooms and society clubhouses host most of the city's birthdays. An at-home setup means no venue cost, no travel, and the comfort of your own space. With a professional balloon arrangement sized to your room, a 1-2 BHK apartment photographs just as well as a banquet hall. Our decorators size every arch to your wall so nothing overwhelms the space.
At-Home Decoration Packages & Prices
Simple Home Setup (Rs.1,599-Rs.2,499) — 60-100 balloons arranged as a wall arch or corner cluster, Happy Birthday foil banner, accent foils, full setup and cleanup. The most-booked package for family celebrations in Kanpur.
Themed Home Setup (Rs.2,999-Rs.4,999) — Character themes (Cocomelon, Spiderman, Unicorn, Frozen) with backdrop cutouts, coordinated props and cake-table styling.
Premium Home Setup (Rs.4,999+) — Ring-backdrop stages, balloon ceilings and custom name lettering that turn a room into a photo studio.
Cash on Delivery — Pay After the Setup
TheBalloonwala was the first balloon decoration company in India to offer Cash on Delivery, and it remains our default in Kanpur: our decorator finishes the setup, you inspect it, and only then do you pay. No advance, no risk. (Same-day express orders are the one exception — they're prepaid with a flat Rs.200 express fee.)

Forgot a birthday? Message us before 2 PM and we can often set up the same evening — ready-stock arches, banners and room styling. Slots genuinely fill on weekends, so early booking is safer.
Midnight Birthday Surprises
The 11 PM-12 AM slot is Kanpur's favourite surprise window. We coordinate on WhatsApp, arrive while the birthday person is out (or asleep), and finish before the clock strikes twelve. Book midnight slots at least a day ahead.
